Have you ever had someone do something or say something that caused such negative feelings – like anger, rage, bitterness, resentment or anxiety?
For context of this article, a trigger can refer to the experience of having an emotional reaction to some type of disturbing content someone says or does.
One year ago, I registered for a local fitness bootcamp and I was so excited. After working my body to the bone, I had allowed my own self care and workouts to slip. I was running a business, homeschooling 2 kids and had a 1 year old. I needed to get my body back in shape.
And so, guess what happened? So I felt super connected to the trainer. I loved his energy.
At first, he didn’t even want to let me into his program, for fear of me stealing his program – as my own. He admitted he had had other personal trainers join his bootcamp and go work in other gyms, stealing his program, training clients HIS WAY.
First of all – let’s get this out of the way.
No one can be you. Even if someone steals your ideas, programs, content, they cannot duplicate you energy.
There are no new ideas. His way of working out and and his way of training clients – I assure you he didn’t created it.
After a few weeks of being a paying customer, he blocked me from his Facebook. I was still going to his bootcamp and I had major convictions with this. So one of my shadows is I want to be loved by everyone.
The shadow is the “dark side” of our personality because it consists chiefly of primitive, negative human emotions and impulses like rage, envy, greed, selfishness, desire, and the striving for power.
I am a Leo sun. And if you don’t know about Leo’s, Leo’s love to own the spotlight. They are very creative. They’re very entrepreneurial and they’re very generous, but they also love to get love right back. And so when I was blocked, he blocked me from his personal Facebook page, I thought – “wow, what did I do?” I’m a paying customer. And he has me blocked. So one of the things, one of the shadow parts of Leo is deep down, they want to be loved by everyone and deep, deep down they secretly don’t feel lovable at all. Alternatively, he was also a Leo and Leos have big pride, big egos and have a hard time sharing the spotlight with others.
So the reason why this trainer didn’t let me into his programs was because, previously, I was a weight loss coach. And here I was hiring a trainer. I’m trying to lose weight myself, get my body back in shape. And he had mentioned that he had allowed several other personal trainers into his program and they copied from him. They stole his program and tried to sell it on their own. And he was afraid I was going to do the same.
So here’s the thing: that wasn’t my issue. I have never done that. He had no reason to believe that I was going to do that. However, he put his past experiences with other people onto me, and that was not my issue. That was his issue to deal with. However, anything you’re dealing with, it comes up for a reason and it’s coming up to be healed. So anything that’s triggering you, like I was triggered that this person who I valued, I valued enough to pay him; blocked me from seeing any of his personal posts, because he thought I was going to steal from him.
And that hurt my ego.
So, what can you do if you’re feeling triggered and how can you heal it?
This is your shadow self showing up.
There are certain things we associate from being good parts of our personality and we celebrate it. There are other parts of our personality that we associate with being bad, shameful and don’t want others to see (sometimes we don’t even want to admit it is there).
However, you can use your shadow self for healing. If you notice your triggers by things you’re judging people on, things you feel judged from other people, anything that pulls out anger and deep, dark emotion, shame, guilt, any of these lower vibration emotions. That’s what’s triggering you, and you want to get curious on why. Why is this triggering me? And what can I learn from it?
I love to use my astrological birth chart to help me heal my triggers. So one of the things you can do, is you can look to your opposite side across the zodiac wheel.
So I am a Leo, I’m ruled by the sun. However, the opposite sign of me is Aquarius. Leo and Aquarius are polar opposites and you can look to that sign to help embody different parts of you that you want to heal. So, if I want to heal my issue with not being liked, not being loved by everyone and really feeling unlovable, I can look to Aquarius, because what does Aquarius do? They are the rebel of the zodiac and they do not care who likes them, who doesn’t like them. And they own it. They own how they’re different. They own their uniqueness and they can own it.
So wherever you are, whatever sign you have in your chart, you have a polar opposite.
But you were made perfect as you are. There are light and dark parts of every sign, every person, every characteristic.
There will always be someone that doesn’t get you. There will always be people who don’t understand you or feel triggered by your energy.
This is there triggers and they can deal with those.
Your job is to be you and learn to heal from your own triggers.
So, I think right now in this online space, we’re still waiting on the election results in the US. A lot of people are triggered right now. A lot of people aren’t happy with, you know, maybe what someone is posting, someone is sharing their opinions and their beliefs, and that can leave us triggered, but whatever you’re feeling triggered, you can learn from it.
I put together a list of the zodiac signs and their shadow traits that may show up. Grab it here.
How do you know if you’re on your life path? How do you know if you’re not on the correct path? How do you know if you’re going in the right direction?
What the heck am I doing? Where should I take this thing?
This was my prayer, a few years ago. I had successfully gotten my own life turned around, dropped 36 pounds and was helping others get their own healthy habits in order. AND I loved it! But something was missing. And I didn’t quite know what it was. But I was open to a higher power directing me to it.
And I truly believe when we ask the right questions and we are open to getting some answers, the answers will be given to us.
In 2016, I took a course on Business by the Moon. I was like a fish out of water. It was a course on the cycles of the moon, manifesting and harnessing the power of moon, for your business. As I started learning about the moon, I also was learning about astrology and how it affects our energy.
What a U-turn or fork in the road I had found! I thought I was learning about manifesting and suddenly I went down the rabbit hole of finding my natal chart, learning more about myself, my energy and how I best work. I was so intrigued! I have been a personality test junkie for a few years, but this took things to the next level.
If you are new to the world of astrology or not really understanding it, it can help you learn more about yourself, your personality, what you really are here to share with the world. And I have been exploring within my own astrological birth chart. It’s been so impactful for me that now I want to share it with others.
As I learned about my own natal birth chart, I couldn’t unlearn the things I had discovered. Finally, I felt understood, heard and seen for who I am. From a personal development standpoint, your natal birth chart holds so many answers on your biggest challenges and how to overcome them.
From a career perspective, you were born with gifts that not everyone else has. And it is your job to share those gifts with the world. There are certain things that you can do better than anyone else can do them. And you were given those gifts for a reason. But there was a time I didn’t fully understand my own abilities. Skills are things you can learn but talent and natural gifts are things you are just born with.
More specifically, the past couple years I made some business decisions that were not in full alignment with my own life path and those decisions did not end well. Because – they were out of alignment of my own truth and out of alignment with my life. Read more about getting a full reading.
Some signs and symptoms if you are or are not on your life path
Depression or Anxiety
Depression is actually living in the past. So if you are living in the past, you’re always drudging up, what I could have done differently, what should had happened differently.Replaying old stories of what could have been is doing nothing but bringing you down, wallowing in guilt and shame – one of the lowest frequencies and the furthest from love, peace and joy.
Anxiety is living in the future. If you are always pressed upon what is going to happen tomorrow, what is going to happen next month? And you’re not present in the here and now, and that is not good either. Learning to be present in the moment – not wallowing in the past and not feeling the pressure of the future – can help you identify and be self aware of the things you need to focus on. You will get downloads, your intuition will be more activated. If you are in depression or you’re in anxiety, you can’t hear those messages that are trying to come through. Instead of being worried about the future or depressed about the past – what is one way you can move forward to where you want to go?
Physical, Mental, Emotional Energy
Do you wake up with energy? Are you excited to go to work? Are you excited to live out your daily life? If you are dreading, who you’re associating with, going to work every day, who you’re spending your time around. This is a signal that something has to change. And this is, those messages, those body nudges, like that gut feeling, the butterflies in your stomach, or the knots in your stomach. Those are all signals that you need to pay attention to. When are you getting those and why? And when you can start to ask those deeper questions, you’ll start to recognize, what in your life needs to change. You can read about how misalignment showed up in my life here.
Any Health Complications
Health problems are manifested in the physical body, but it starts elsewhere. Whenever we are not living our life in alignment for our soul purpose, our true path, our divine mission, the body knows our truth. The body knows when we are not living to our highest potential. It often sends signals (small gut nudges) but if we don’t listen to the messages, then it can manifest into health problems, whether that be burnout, adrenal fatigue, cancer, or autoimmune diseases. If you are living your life, according to your life path, and according to what your heart wants you can more easily find joy, peace and love in your daily life. Not to say that life will be all rainbows and butterflies but you can still find contentment – even in hard times. The heart, it knows your divine mission. It knows where you’re supposed to go. But if you’re not listening and you’re not taking that direction that it’s trying to give you it can manifest in the physical body. So if you have any physical illnesses, that’s something to look into, definitely take care of those illnesses. But also what is the root problem that that is coming from?
How do you know if you are on your life path?
You have energy in the morning. You’ll be excited about what you’re doing. You’ll be excited about who you’re associating with and where you’re going. You will have vibrant health. You will actually want to eat healthy. You actually want to go work out. You feel good on the inside and you want to continue feeling good on inside. But a lot of times when we’re emotionally eating, when we’re stress eating, when we’re binge drinking, that is a deeper issue we need to look at. Oftentimes, it’s something that we’re trying to avoid or pain we are wishing would go away. And so we’re using food or alcohol or drugs or other vices to fill that void. But if we can take those away and really ask ourselves, what is it that I truly want? If we are willing to sit with the pain, look at the hard places in our life and explore the root problem, there can be so many blessings in that.
Are you wanting to explore some of these deeper questions in your own life? Are you interested to see if you are on your own life path and how you can better align to your own truth? These are questions we explore in my life path astrology sessions. We pull up your natal birth chart, which is like a snapshot of how the stars and the planets were aligned the moment you were born. And they can have some impact on your personality, your motivation, things that get you excited, your passions. We can bring some insight looking at your astrological birth chart. I can help decipher that for you. As part of my certification, I am doing donation only readings, for a limited time. I only have a few spots left on my calendar. And if this is something that is speaking to you, I would love to help you pinpoint where you are not feeling motivated, where your life is not in alignment or some things that you need to take a deeper look at.
Are you thinking about starting a side hustle this summer? Maybe you have some extra time on your hands or just want to learn how to bring in more money to go on that family vacation.
When I started my business, I just wanted to figure out how I could work from home and spend more time with my son. Working a 9 to 5, in a cubicle, while I loved my work, I hated the commute, I didn’t like any of the people I actually worked with, I knew I was an independent learner and worker and if I could just translate what I did outside of the home to learn how to work from home, I knew I would have so much more time on my hands.
Does this sound like you?
At one point, my husband and I were working full time and we were still living paycheck to paycheck. It felt like I was working just to be able to pay for gas, my weekday lunches and for my son to spend his days in a daycare. Working from home, around my son’s naps sounded much more efficient.
Long story short, I ended up getting laid off from that job and a friend had asked me if I could watch her son while I was home with mine. I had watched my mom as a in home daycare provider, so I thought why not me?!!
In my time as a work at home mom, I have done things from being a virtual assistant, running an in-home daycare, doing multi level marketing and Direct sales through parties and running a blog and website where I get paid online. Free report on 5 ways to work from home.
While I made some money that helped pay for groceries, I didn’t love what I was doing – hence why I am writing this, so you don’t make the same mistakes that I did. I ended up resentful, no time to take care of myself and all that for just a couple hundred dollars a week.
A couple years later, I wanted to lose weight, ended up getting started with some weightloss supplements and all my friends wanted to know what I was doing (you can read about my story here), which created passive and residual income. I closed the daycare down and now solely work from home or my phone.
If you’re thinking about how you can work from home, there are a few things to consider there actually many ways that you can work from home. In many ways, you can create a side hustle, but first, I want you to consider a few things.
What are your hobbies? What do you love to do? and what comes easy to you?
When I was babysitting out of my home, this became very easy because I was already at home with my own son and so it became very easy that I could just invite other children into my home and I would watch them while their parents worked. It’s something I was already doing and if I could do it for one kid, why couldn’t I do it for 2, 3 or even 4?
You may just want some supplementary income to help pay for your car payment, $200-300 would be awesome or you may want something a little bit more so you can start investing into a new home. You may want to move or you may want to eventually just work from home, full-time. It’s important to consider your current needs and also the future that you want. I have tried many things and I had I made decent money on the side, but I wasn’t really taking into consideration our finances and what I needed to bring home and the bigger picture. How much money do you need to live the life you truly want?
When do you want to work and how much do you want to work?
It’s important to set these boundaries up ahead of time and really think about what you want your job, your career, your business and your life to look like. For instance, to make money from blogging, you usually need a large following, lots of readers and that takes to time to build up, you will need time and energy to put into that with. That could be perfect if you love your job but love to write and have a passion project.
If you want full-time hours and full-time income, virtual assisting may be a better fit.
But if you don’t have a lot of time, affiliate marketing or network marketing can be less time consuming. You recommend products and someone else makes it, ships and sends you a commission.
One big mistake I made when I was running an in-home daycare, I was just taking on whoever would pay me and who ever needed my help. I didn’t have any set hours for my daycare and I ended up really burning out because I was watching kids from 6 AM until 11 PM some nights, even working weekends and holidays. I rarely had a day off this is why I am so passionate about building a business around the life you want and not what we’re taught – to build our life around our work. Are you wondering what your sole purpose is in this life? For years, I worked to pay the bills but often got bored, didn’t feel fulfilled and felt like something was missing. It wasn’t until I learned from my astrological birth chart, what my true purpose was. For years, I jumped from job to job, hobby to hobby, not truly loving my work.
I have a secret for you. The answer lies in your astrological birth chart.
Since learning about my divine mission and the work of my soul, I wake up with energy, I can’t wait to get to work and connect with my soul mate clients and feel so much joy in my heart for what I do. I want this for you. Don’t do what I did and just take on work that pays the bills. That is ok in the short term, but when you work from your heart, your work will actually give you energy rather than take it away.

Where are you feeling stressed and how are things in misaligned in your life and business? In December of 2019, I set some big goals and intentions for the new year and realized where my life and business was not in alignment for the things I wanted.
In 2019, we made tons of sacrifices and worked to the bone – but by work, I mean we put a lot of hours in, but it didn’t really result in us making more money. I can’t say it was all worth it. But we learned a ton!! We had a lot of misalignments and that isn’t a fun feeling. I set some pretty big intentions for 2020 and we even had a family vision board party – yes, even the kids made their own vision boards!
BIG LIFE LESSON: I’m here to tell you if you don’t put your own mask on, FIRST, no one is going to do it for you. Every month, we have a chance to reflect, reengage with our goals, access our actions and course correct to realign. I learned the hard way, if you don’t have margins and you don’t have time to sit in silence and really listen to your heart, you can’t really know if you are on the right track. As much as I’ve learned about reflection and setting new intentions every month, I became so busy trying to make everyone else happy, I couldn’t make myself happy and I couldn’t even hear (or I was ignoring them) the soft nudges that I was going the wrong way.
Are you growing closer to your goals or are you moving away from them?
How do you know if you are misaligned?
Decling Health – last year, despite my best intentions of sticking a healthy eating and lifestyle plan, I gained weight. I knew when I was misaligned and overworked when I had zero time for workouts or meal prep. I found myself skipping meals, too tired for workouts and trying to fit in my workout at work. But even if I was eating well and working out, I wasn’t losing because I was so stressed.
Pain in the Body – Mid way through the year, I started having joint pain, in my knees. Even worse yet, in December and through January, I had weekly headaches. These were migraines and lasted all day. Between these stress headaches and the regular stress and busyness of December, we ended up taking the whole month of December off of homeschool. Pain in the body is a manifestation of emotions or mental anguish.
Chaos – When an area of life is spilling over and creating chaos in other areas. For example: a toxic relationship is causing you to miss work
Dreading activities – more than normal procrastination. Dreading picking up the phone, going into work, avoiding certain people in your life or work can all indicate tension and a need of attention.
If your life IS in alignment, you will feel excited, happy and at peace.
My theme this year is play and we got 2020 to a great start!
First for New Year’s Eve, we took the kids to a hotel. Now, my husband is a bartender for his family’s restaurant and so many years, he usually works. A few weeks before New Year’s, we were reflecting that he hadn’t had a NYE off in about 4 years. We booked a last minute room at our local Holiday Inn. We swam, we bonded, hung out in the hot tub and crashed for the night, just after the ball dropped. Our kids, 10, 6 and 1 all had a blast and it was super fun to go somewhere that wasn’t home. I can’t wait to do it again!
Then, in January we headed to Kalahari Resorts for 2 days of fun! This was a part of the kids Christmas present and it did not disappoint!
We played had so much fun splashing around. It was just what we all needed after a super stressful year of busyness and not really seeing a lot of each other.
2020 is the year to nurture my inner child (Sagittarius moon) and be the present (Venus in Cancer), fun mom!! We bonded on water slides, roller coasters, in the hot tub and over late night ice cream! One thing I have neglected or tried to hide was my desire for travel and adventure. Even a couple days at an indoor waterpark left a spark on my soul in ways I didn’t even know it could. This year, I am vowing to take more trips, go on adventures and see more of the world outside of my hometown.
This is how misaligned I actually was. While on our trip at the water park, I got in my first workout in over 3 weeks and it felt SO GOOD!!! Yes, this is a really bad habit of mine and one I constantly have to remind myself that work is not more important than my body, my health, my family, my relationships. I love to work, but in 2020, I am learning to work in a new way and let my work fill my cup and delegate the things I really don’t like to do.
What happened as a result? In January, I walked away from some things and shifted how I was running my business. The headaches suddenly stopped, I started getting excited for work again and I feel more like myself, every day.
What are some ways you are bringing more fun and excitement into your life? What are things that HAVE to change?
I’m sure you already know or you have heard it a thousand times! Anything you have in your life can be pointed back to the habits you have created.
Also – anything you want in your life can be achieved with the right habits.
When I first started working with a health coach, after my second baby, I wanted to lose 40 pounds. I thought I ate healthy, minimal processed foods, little to no fast food and hadn’t drank pop (or soda) in over 5 years. The first thing we worked on was my habits – actually, that was most of our work together.
A few simple shifts on meal timing, increasing water and incorporating workouts and I was astonished at the results. BUT something magical happened.
I had this total confidence and I felt unstoppable. I knew if creating a few simple habits could massively impact my health, I wondered what other kinds of transformation I could create in my life.
No matter what the goal you are working toward, finding the right habits can help you shift things. AND here is the really cool part – when you create results in one area, you create a domino effect in other areas.
Once I lost my initial 20 pounds, I had more energy to play with my kids. I felt hella confident and started dressing better, wearing makeup and my husband was taking notice.
Here are some habits that have helped me improve lasting results in my life.
Getting up early – preferably before the kids – and creating a consistent morning practice As much as I love sleeping in, if I am not up a solid hour before my kids (especially the toddler) my whole day goes to shit. As Rachel Hollis says, you are already behind the eight ball. Getting up early allows me to have some alone time, have my morning tea and start journaling. It allows me to get my head right before I get bombarded with breakfast requests, someone not being able to find any socks or my toddler just clinging onto me, because I’m Mom.
Scheduling meals and workouts Eating and workouts seemed so simple, before kids. As a homeschool mom, even more so. Fitting in my workouts and knowing when I’m eating is essential – or else the kids take over and my adgenda is no more. I prefer getting my workout in, first thing, so it is non-negotiable or else I’m sitting at gymnastics practice – wishing I was on a yoga mat. Mom guilt is SO real, but if I can get in all my important stuff than I can be more present to what my kids need.
Gratitude practice and journal This is part of my morning routine but it deserves its own section. Gratitude is the grounding practice I never knew I needed. Gratitude is the glue that will hold you together when your world is falling apart, when there are buckets and baskets of chaos in every corner and when the laundry is piled up to the ceiling. Anytime I feel super stressed out or anxious, I come back to gratitude to anchor my heart on what matters most and it gives me perspective. It’s a fact you cannot be anxious and grateful at the same time.
Social media detox Social media causes for anxiety these days than anything else. We use social media as a distraction mechanism. We go down a rabbit hole of comparisonitis, drama and feeling more disconnected than ever before. I like to delete social media from my phone on the weekend (especially the black hole of Facebook). I find myself feeling more peaceful and I can catch up on anything on Monday, if I need to. As an entrepreneur, our work never ends, there is always something to do and when you work online, the lines of work and personal time get blurred. This year, I am focusing on being intentional with my time and social media just hasn’t been giving me the connection or impact I want. It’s important to pay attention to your energy leaks.
Big Rock Jar – keep your priorities straight This goes hand in hand with the last one. Knowing your priorities, having goals and a plan of action can help you decide where to spend your time and energy. Often we get in the habit of doing what everyone else is doing, but instead ask yourself what will get you the results you are after.
I know – easier said than done. Knowing what you should do and actually doing it takes discipline. But it gets easier. Once the habit is created, it takes much less mental energy to do it and eventually it comes natural and even automatic. These days, I wake up most mornings at 5:30am, without an alarm. CRAZY!!
Real Talk Now
Sometimes it’s not about the habits we have, but more about the habits we are avoiding. Change is uncomfortable. Transformation doesn’t come without blood, sweat and tears and doing the thing we don’t want to do.
While it’s great to create healthy habits, be more interested in the ones you are avoiding, sweeping under the rug and resisting like the ugly sweater grandma gave you at Christmas.
Until you are ready to sit with it, play with it and acknowledge it, it will always be the elephant in the room.
As I look on the past decade, 10 years ago, in 2010, I’ve learned many life lessons. In 2010, I was a new mom of a special developmentally delayed boy (officially diagnosed with intellectual disability). We got married and was trying to be all the things we thought we should be, but was painfully aware we had no clue what we were doing.
The days of him not not crawling, not walking and not talking turned into weeks and even months of anticipation and wondering if I was doing something wrong. The criticisms from family and friends struck like a knife and led me down to a dark hall of depression, anxiety and self doubt.
Those were some of the most lonely days of my life. I used food and alcohol to numb the pain – only temporarily.
I put on a smile for everyone, but there were many nights I cried myself to sleep, after putting my son to bed.
If I could go back, I would give that new mom a hug and assure she was doing everything perfectly (we all are doing the best we can, with what we’ve got) and to trust her gut no matter what.
Some of the lessons I’ve learned in this decade, while transforming my health, my relationships and my lifestyle.
Habits Matter After having my son, I allowed my life be overcome with doctors appointments, therapy sessions and I ran my life on his schedule. Naturally, I became overweight, exhausted and hated everything in my closet. Anything you want to change in your life, anything that isn’t working and anything that is working – all come back to the habits we have in place. When I started on my weight loss journey in 2014, my coach had me look at my habits and how I could improve. Whether you want better health, more money or a cleaner house, it comes down to the habits you have in place or you don’t.
Inner Talk is Powerful Our success greatly relies on our self belief and the inner talk we give ourselves. As I learned to navigate this inner chatter from “I can’t do that” to “I will learn or I got this”, I found my power. Whether you are a new mom, starting a new workout routine or wondering if you can homeschool, this applies. The next time you set a goal or try something new, take inventory of the little voice inside and replace anything negative with empowering words and mantras.
You are Stronger than you Think You know the saying, you never know how strong something is until you put it in hot water. A true warrior shows just how strong they are when the going gets tough. As a special needs mom and advocate, I’ve had to stand in battles I never imagined. I’ve had to stand up to doctors, teachers, principals and I’ve also been called names, insulted on my parenting style and learned to take it all. Never underestimate the strength of a mother, fighting for her child.
Love Wins As things get hard, you hit rock bottom, you find yourself scraping yourself off the floor. Many times you want to cry, scream and give up but if you can anchor into love, you can get through anything. To love yourself is to love others, with compassion and giving grace. Keep in mind, everyone is doing the best they can with what they have. When you know better, you can do better.
We All Need Each Other It’s a lonely journey, as we muddle through life, motherhood, marriage and relationships. Things get muddy, cloudy and messy, but if we can find the strength to bind together, we can do more, be more and come out stronger. We need a tribe, we need human connection and we need vulnerability to know we are all in this together. Join the free facebook group here.
Fear, Jealousy, Bitterness and Resentment are normal but unnecessary. Fear is necessary to keep us safe. It exists and is there for the ride. But you don’t have to let it steer the car. Jealousy, bitterness and resentment also normal but the faster you can acknowledge it, release it and kick it out, the more peace and joy you will find. Forgiveness has been one my biggest lessons of this decade. We don’t forgive for the other person, it doesn’t excuse their behaviors, but it does free you from it hardening your heart.
Follow Your Heart and Listen to Your Gut It’s easy to get caught up in all the to-dos, checking the boxes, dotting your I’s. But if it doesn’t feel good, doesn’t light your fire, it is not for you. Listening to my inner knowing – even when everyone advised me differently – has always been the right thing and steered me closer to what is right for me.
We Are All Unique As you realize your own gifts, quirks and experiences, you will soon realize there is no one like you. Competition, jealousy and resentment cannot exist once you recognize you are so unique – no one can copy you – and you shouldn’t copy anyone else either. Speak your truth because only you can do it and say it like you can – and someone needs to hear it, exactly the way ONLY you can say it.
Everyone is On Their Own Journey Know everyone is on their own journey, in their own time and they will heal in their own way. We all experience things differently. Two people can go through the exact same experience and will perceive it differently. Not everyone will do it like you do, as fast or as slow as you. That is ok. Keep being a light so they know where to turn when they are looking for the right path.
Try, Try Again Get knocked down seven times, stand up eight. Things won’t be perfect and things won’t end up the way you envisioned. Keep going, keep trying and don’t let yourself get defeated.
This is my list of life lessons, things I’ve gone through and things I’ve grown through. I hope you are inspired and use this as inspiration to create your own list as you look back on the years.
